Which apiVersion does a Kyverno CLI kyverno-test.yaml file use?
Select your answer:
Show answer and explanation
Answer: cli.kyverno.io/v1alpha1
Explanation
Test files are manifests of kind Test with apiVersion cli.kyverno.io/v1alpha1 and a metadata.name. The CLI rejects files that leave out apiVersion and kind, or that still use the old top-level name field, as a deprecated schema. kyverno.io/v1 and policies.kyverno.io/v1 are the API groups of the policies themselves.
